This project is a pilot year of an international triennial of contemporary images and, at the same time, it will be one of the key innovative events of the Košice – European Capital of Culture 2013 project. The aim is to bring new quality visual culture and the artistic language of the 21st Century to the metropolis of Eastern Slovakia. Four exhibitions areas – the Kunsthalle, Kasárne/Kulturpark, East Slovakia Museum and the Rotunda – will present the  works of Thomas Hirschhorn, Dan Graham and other prominent domestic and foreign artists working with photography, site specific art, video art and painting.
